North Cotswold Surveyors is led by Robert Holley MRICS, a highly experienced commercial surveyor with deep roots in the Cotswolds property market. Rob is known for his responsive service, measured advice, and strong negotiation skills, all underpinned by his RICS accreditation.

A Chartered Surveyor since 2013 and active in the property profession since 2010, Rob has handled a wide range of distinctive and challenging properties. He is also a RICS Assessor, sharing his expertise with candidates on both sides of the APC process and helping numerous graduates successfully navigate the programme - a role he is passionate about.
